Project Description: Purchase by a large German funds manager of a recently completed commercial office building.
MEC role: MEC assembled and managed a multi-disciplinary team undertaking due diligence inspection and reporting services on behalf of Deka. Our work included inspecting and reporting on the building structure. The inspection and reporting were comprehensive including inspection of all documentation for the construction of the building, defects lists and warranties. MEC supervised the preparation of a fully coordinated report covering façade, finishes, building services, structure and regulatory compliance with cost estimates for outstanding work.
